Receipts, 1800-1804.

This collection contains receipts addressed to constable Daniel Plummer between 1800-1804 for items seized by writs of attachment. Plummer seized the property of a person to secure reimbursement of a debt owed to a plaintiff. The receipts indicate parties involved, specific property to be forfeited, and the value of the property. Items mentioned include beds and a four-foot table, among other furniture; bedding; a cutting machine; and livestock, including sheep, horses, oxen, cows, and steers.
